These Terms of Service govern the use of makhellfire.com and purchases of MAKhellfire products from Kilic Feintechnik GmbH.

Scope & Parties

  • These terms apply to visitors of makhellfire.com and customers purchasing MAKhellfire products in jurisdictions where the product is offered.
  • By accessing the site or ordering products you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into this agreement.

Orders & Fulfilment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
  • Shipping timelines communicated during checkout are guidelines; delays caused by customs or carriers are outside of our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, while ownership transfers once payment in full has been received.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR inclusive of statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatching any order.
  • Payments are processed via the secure providers listed during checkout. You must ensure that supplied billing information is complete and accurate.

Warranty & Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with German law.
  • Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • The courts of Schweinfurt, Germany have jurisdiction where you are a merchant or do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
  • Consumers retain any mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence.
